Who we are

Ionian Pello Technologies Limited (IPTS Ltd.)  was incorporated to commercialise our founder’s historic applied research and development, which originated with Scottish efforts and assistance from various international industry stakeholders, and industry specialist advisories.

We are currently actively engaging within internationally funded coastal restoration and protection programs, whilst we are in progressive discussions with end-users for operating AMBS.

IPTS Ltd. business model is to licence our IP to end-users, enabling manufacturing contracts and deployment of AMBS vessels, for purposes of operating the AMBS vessels within both Hurricane and Typhoon storm seasons, to reduce the storm wave impact damage, to coastal cities and infrastructure assets.

IPTS Ltd. are working on the only pro-active, agile and responsive “prevent” strategy, other than passive fixed sea walls. Importantly, an “active” approach means the changing focus of the storm surge can be targeted, and when the storm changes direction as is often the case, AMBS can react accordingly.

IPTS Ltd. is evolving a wider range of maritime wave-impact protection products, that will be available under licence, and include:

  • Active Marine Barrier Cradle System for coastal and offshore
  • Active Marine Barrier Pebble Fleet System Mk1 for commercial rivers
  • Active Marine Barrier Pebble Fleet System Mk2 for coastal and offshore.
